Founded in 1920, Chatham House engages governments, the private sector, civil society and its members in open debate and confidential discussions on significant developments in international affairs.

Developments in Literacy (DIL)
I serve as a board member for Developments in Literacy, a non-profit organization that educates and empowers underprivileged students, especially girls, by operating student-centered model schools; and provides high-quality professional development to teachers and faculty leaders across South Asia.

I was a New Leaders Council Fellow in 2011 - the New Leaders Council is a progressive fellowship program that works to recruit, train and promote the progressive political entrepreneurs of tomorrow — trendsetters, elected officials and civically-engaged leaders in business and industry who will shape the future landscape.

I am a member in good standing of the Pacific Council on International Policy. The Pacific Council is an organization of policy experts committed to building the vast potential of the West Coast for impact on global issues, discourse, and policy: "Council members inform and engage leaders and galvanize them to effect change on global issues, build strong networks to stimulate informed dialogue and collaboration and focus our work on issues that allow us to have maximum impact."

I am a former board member and currently serve as an advisor to the AMANI Institute. Their mission is to:
